The restoration project of the Pedraglio House by G. Terragni also involved the intervention on the two adjoining buildings from the end of the 19th century. The intervention, after the analysis of the state of conservation and the emerged lesions, saw as a first phase the recovery and restoration of the damaged parts. Using non-invasive techniques in order not to alter the product, the plaster was washed with steam, consolidated the detached parts and intervened on the balconies that showed a strong degree of degradation both on a surface and static level. Specific interventions were also carried out on the stone base and on the glass in the roof and terraces.
