Restoration project of one of the most important historic villas located in the center of Cantù, next to the Basilica of San Paolo. The project, in addition to the restoration of the decorative elements, saw the creation of a new internal layout, with the subdivision and creation of several independent housing units and the creation of new underground parking lots.
